Recently got issues with LightDM

Hello, my first post big_smile, I use Arch btw. wink

I am using LightDM as my Login Manager and then after login I use i3.

It worked great for many months now, but recently I have issues.
The System does not boot into LightDM anymore and produces errors.

It stops with a blank black screen with only a blinking cursor at the top left.
The system is not frozen as I can still go to TTY2 and login in with my user.
Sometimes it is not only blank screen and the blinking cursor, but also the error message: 'Could not start LightDM'

When I login via TTY2 I can still use startx or even use lightdm as a command. From TTY2 it still works.

Here is my lightdm.log and xorg.0.log

Please use "code" tags, not "quote" tags for file contents and shell I/O.

Thanks, changed to code tags and implemente the LightDM fix. Will see if that works.

Re: Recently got issues with LightDM

Enabling KMS will be more reliable, work beyond LihtDM and boot faster.
