For more than a month, I have been playing Fallout: New Vegas through Lutris but now it says that Vulkan is not installed. I reinstalled it again and it still says that it doesn't.

Glad to see you figured out the 'command not found' error for vulkaninfo was because you didn't have the package that provides that command installed .
the "wrong ELF class' erors are normal when both 32 and 64 bit versions are present.

You have amd mesa and amd open vulkan drivers, but that should be ok .
There's also an nvidia driver for vulkan present that appears to give vulkaninfo a major headache.
Please post full output of
$ lspci -k
.
While the lutris error message title does suggest lutris isn't finding vulkan, the wiki page it links to is not about vulkan but about a certain vulkan application.
Try to find that application in the AUR .

UPDATE: I am removing cuda and nvidia-utils.
UPDATE 2: I did the vkcube command and got this message.
vkEnumeratePhysicalDevices reported zero accessible devices.
Do you have a compatible Vulkan installable client driver (ICD) installed?
Please look at the Getting Started guide for additional information.

Okay, I ran Lutris with this command.
VK_ICD_FILENAMES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/radeon_icd.i686.json:/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/radeon_icd.x86_64.json lutris
And I opened up Fallout: New Vegas and it works.
HOWEVER, when I open Fallout: New Vegas on the desktop I still get this same error message. I guess I have to play this game with this command running in the background.
How do I keep this attribute permanently?
VK_ICD_FILENAMES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/radeon_icd.i686.json:/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/radeon_icd.x86_64.json
EDIT: Nevermind about that question above. I did this command:
export VK_ICD_FILENAMES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/radeon_icd.i686.json:/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/radeon_icd.x86_64.json
And ran vkcube and it worked.
However, when I press Fallout: New Vegas icon on the desktop, the error message still pops out.

I suggest you just get rid of amdvlk and not run into this in the first place, but this is an environment variable you can export globally, in e.g. /etc/profile.d/vkIcd.sh or something that way it will be set in your actual session as well. https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/En … _variables

I turned the command into a shell script and put it in the profile.d folder. I reboot it and played Fallout: New Vegas for a few minutes. And it works. Thank you so much!
