Load KDE / Plus Manjaro System Settings in Arch?

I finally took the plunge to get Arch installed, and I am really wanting to move over permanently.

I'm trying to find out if there is a plasma/KDE set of modules/plugins to get my System Settings to have these items?  Under Manjaro > System Settings I see this at the top of the list.

Manjaro
Hardware Configuration
Kernel
Keyboard Settings
Language Packages
Locale
Time and Date
User Accounts

Is it possible to load these items within Arch's KDE / Plasma's System Settings.

I would think they should be in your ~/ or home directory, the .config, .local plus or even .cache. For a start I would copy the home folder without the data or directories, just the users and app configs and caches. There will also be some configurations in /etc which you need (like LOCALE) but you have to investigate base on your needs. Just search the wiki you need and find where the config files are located. Others will probably come up with others.
