virt-manager/kvm/qemu: cannot access iso file???

When I try to create a windows 10 virtual machine(pls no hurt me I am using it for xbox console companion :c) I get this error when I create it:

I tried searching that and I could not find a solution so here I am. Any help is appreciated, thank you :3

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
