I checked Windows 10 daily even though I disabled unnecessary updates and services. But about 10 to 20 GB is written daily in the Total Host Writes section of the SSD drive.

I want to know if Arch Linux distributes so much volume on Total Host Writes every day? Because if this is not the case, I want to install Arch Linux on the main boot of my laptop and get rid of Windows.

Archlinux writes nothing, but random userspace processes may write back a lot of data.

No. 10 to 20 GB daily write, even for Windows not normal. I use HWinfo. For Linux check files /sys/fs/ext4/disk and partition name/session_write_kbytes or lifetime_write_kbytes.
Im Gnome user. There is gnome shell extension named Vitals. It will show daily write on top bar under section Storage-Data written.
