Can't overclock with new nvidia drivers

I posted that issue to their (Nvidia) GitHub repo.
I don't know what should I do now every Cuda package I use is compiled against the new drivers and I lost about 15-20% of performance.
I tried GWE same I can't even control my fans.
I use Gnome if that helps.
