Webcam falshing green

I got a Logitech Brio and I plugged it in, but when I'm streaming it's randomly periodically flashing green.

Edit: My question is if someone already encountered this Problem and know if he/ she can help me, or if he/ she has some expertise and can help me.
Edit2: It turns out, that the problem only occurs with discord.

Do you mean the video flashes?  Or are you talking about an LED showing camera use is blinking?

No, I'm asking if someone already encountered this problem and knows how to solve it. I'm sorry, that I asked my question that vague.

When I'm using my webcam (online meeting), then my webcam sometimes flashes green (ever ~10 seconds, but not in an equal interval).

It turns out, that the problem only occurs with discord.

I think I am noticing this too.. not just a green flash, but random flashes in google hangouts after which the webcam simply turns off and eventually comes back online. The LED (indicating webcam activity) also turns off. I can't point to any specific changes in my setup - other than me switching to using a thunderbolt connection to a new external monitor. I see dmesg lines that say

[  412.273631] uvcvideo: Failed to resubmit video URB (-19).
[  412.277631] uvcvideo: Failed to resubmit video URB (-19).

I am however not a 100% sure that these are related. The issue seems to happen randomly a few minutes into a call. Sorry to be so vague. I also did a full upgrade to see if the issue was from outdated packages etc, but it seems to be persisting even after the upgrade. I am running 5.11.15-arch1-2.

I think this is somehow related to using thunderbolt (to displayport). I am now on the old HDMI connected display (to the same external monitor).  My resolution is shitty - 1080p HDMI - but the webcam has been running for a while now and it is stable.
