I recently installed arch on my system, and after finishing the installation process and rebooting I tried to install some packages, but I get 'Failed retrieving file... Could not resolve hostname' error. I also tried pinging but I got a 'Temporary failure in name resolution' error. I think that this is because the internet. I've already tried to use nmcli, but it didn't work. When I tried dhcpcd it said 'command not found'. Could anybody help me please?

Have you installed / enabled any network configuration tools?

If you mean something like network manager I do and I have it enabled and started.

First thing to check; is it your network connection that isn't working, or just DNS? See if you can ping your gateway IP or even just 8.8.8.8, that should narrow things down a bit.
EDIT:
Should also suggest; if you can't ping an IP then lets take a look at the result of 'ip link' and make sure your NIC(s) are actually there.
