root is type "microsoft recovery enviroment" / clone to new drive ?

Hi.

I am going to attempt cloning my OS Sata-SSD, with EFI, windows 10 and arch linux on it.

To a new m.2 nvme ssd.

But i am heavily confused as to why my root / partition seems to be of type "windows recovery enviroment"

Does it even matter? it functions as it is right now.

Also, is cloning it (both drives are 500GB) fully to the new drive,
and then boot arch on usb to arch-chroot and reinstall grub,
the right option (if it is needed? i suppose so?)

Thankful for any advice, i'd rather not mess anything up if i can avoid it!

(Root is sda8,
Win10 is on sda5.
besides the EFI one, it then looks like a mess of random MS/windows partitions)

Others may have more helpful advice but I recommend that you manually partition and move the data over from the original drive using a utility such as rsync.

Others may have more helpful advice but I recommend that you manually partition and move the data over from the original drive using a utility such as rsync.

Might feel the most in control.

Should i do the same with the EFI-parition (rsync?) and would windows 10 be content or will it throw a hissyfit somehow?

/etc/fstab is mounting root via UUID, so i guess that would be subject to fix aswell as update grub afterwards?
