New mirror in Finland - needs testing

Hi everyone,

I am using Archlinux for quite a while and now it is time to contributing back.
I noticed that there are few mirrors in Finland, so I created one.

Details:
HTTP: http://arch.kyberorg.fi/
HTTPS: https://arch.kyberorg.fi/

Reachable at IPv4 (IPv6 in progress)
Hosted by Hetzner, location: Helsinki.

Syncing from Tier1: rsync://arch.mirror.far.fi/archlinux
