Arch lags a lot on some boots but becomes ok after reboot

Hello Everyone,
I have recently installed arch linux on my computer with kde desktop environment. The problem that I am facing is that sometimes when I boot into Arch the screen is very laggy. I am have a nvidia 1050ti with intel i5 8th gen and I have installed nvidia drivers and also nvidia-utils.

Also, I removed the grub from boot menu by mistake and had to bring it back using Arch iso.
