iwd does not connect

I have archlinux with i3wm. I was using my computer and suddenly for no reason I see in the statusbar that WiFi is down and I am not connected. When I try to connect to my WiFi via the GUI network icon, it tries for a minute and then stops. Rebooting also didn’t work. Then I tried to connect with iwd and it scans and shows me the networks but when I attempt to connect to my WiFi and type the password, it says “operation failed” while With other devices I am connected to this same network with the same password (I checked and typed the password many times). iwd won’t be able to scan and connect when I disable NetworkManager or wpa_supplicant. Disabling iwd also didn’t help and I still couldn’t connect with NetworkManager and wpa_supplicant.
There’s also this service running: “NetworkManager-dispatcher” and disabling it also didn’t help.

Re: iwd does not connect

I believe that Network Manager and Iwd will indeed conflict if both services are activated.

Always backup important files when editing it.
