X window fail to start: kernel NULL pointer dereference [Help Wanted]
My DE is broken, neither sddm or gdm will failed to start: black screen & no response.

Try updating your system so that you get the new nvidia 465.27 version it should have fixed a few crashers.
If that doesn't help either you will have to downgrade down to 460, see https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=265563
