Running the latest arch iso live image (May 1) on my PC results in the CLI being completely messed up visually. I am pretty sure everything is still functionally working, but I cannot proceed because I can't exactly see what is going on.
I'll try to take a picture and attach it later in the day. Right now I am only able to use "use Arch" by installing Manjaro and using the GUI, which doesn't seem to suffer from the same display issues. Let me know if I can help further by supplying any additionally requested information.

Have you tried to boot with "nomodeset" and only remove it after the proprietary nvidia driver has been installed?
