Pipewire & BlueZ, How to control Headphones Physical Volume

Hello,

I have recently installed Arch on my desktop with KDE Plasma, PipeWire and BlueZ. I dual-boot between Win10 & Arch which are installed on two separate HDDs.

My Bluetooth Headphones volume in Win10 is set to 60% is perfect for everything. Now if I boot into Arch with volume set to 60% in Win10, audio in Arch is too low.

How can I control the physical volume of my headphones in Arch? Changing the volume from the Volume Widget in Plasma changes system volume not my headphones one.
