DHCP failed to start

Sorry for asking this question but I cannot solve it for a long time. When I connect my wifi, it said DHCP failed to start and then deactivate. But this problem only appears to my wifi and works well with other wifi. I have seen a solution that edit /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf. But I can't find the line that they said need to be uncomment or changed. There are only some comments in NetworkManager.conf
My wireless network device is AX200.
I also have problem with the signal strength of wifi. They always weaker than the signal in Windows.
I am newbie so I don't know what additional information I need to supply. If I need please tell me. Thank you very much.
(I am not a native English speaker so I hope my description make sense,)

You'll need to install dhclient (dhcpcd was intermittently not supported) and please pay attention to the blue Note.
