[SOLVED] Built in Monitor goes black after GDM started
Before GDM started, everything displayed correctly on Laptop's built-in monitor, so there should be no physical damage on the monitor.
Monitor went black with only backlight at the time when GDM should start.
I managed to enter password blindly and switched to external monitor with win+P.
Everything seems to be correct on external screen.
This really confused me, I'm not sure whether it is related to a recent update. I don't even know where should I start with the troubleshooting.
Update: latest kernel update solved the problem
