Execute custom scripts with voice commands

Hello guys. Do you know any app that can send custom commands with voice?
I don't need dictation I just want to execute python or shell script with voice.

Due to my work and family I don't have time to do a research, so I'm not asking that someone do research for me, I'm just interested if anyone knows or already uses such an app.

You could check out this wiki article on the subject and see if any of the options there suit your needs.
