Kdenlive does not look right.

According to the package logs, FileZilla switched to GTK3 on 2017-07-02.

How are you setting the GTK3 theme? Please try removing all GTK3 theme settings (use the defaults). How do the applications look now?

Yep - they look fine, using the default theme.
It seems to be an issue with the dark themes only.

Some errors:

qt5ct: D-Bus global menu: no
qt5ct: palette support is disabled
