There on a click sound on volume changing before.
Then I installed Cadence and JACK; then I remove them. Then I installed Timidity,
Now, I can't get sound on Volume Change back...
It seems that it conflicts with timidity -iA. killall timidity fixes the problem...

Which is normal if you have an application taking exclusive control of an ALSA device. If you want timidity to coexist with pulseaudio, install pulseaudio-alsa and set up timidity to play back to the 'default' device. FWIW I personally use fluidsynth as a midi synth and it does have a native pulse backend that can be used.
