Hello i'm looking for utility simmilar to these:

but not so outdated.
That would allow me to list packages that would be build locally using flags from makepkg.conf with every package manager's -Syu.
Right now i'm planning to make myself simple version with asp export and pacman hooks, but if already exists, it probably has more functionality.
