As the output of 'ls -A /usr/lib modules' was

### END /etc/grub.d/41_custom ###By going to submenu 'Advanced options for arch linux' and chosing 'Arch linux with Linux linux', I can boot linux initramfs. By chosing 'Arch linux' in the main menu of grub, I can boot lts fallback. It seems that dracut helps somehow, but I still don't really understand what went wrong.
I'd say you have what you need for fstab, so just add manually:
# <file system> <dir> <type> <options> <dump> <pass> UUID=60D7-E9C6 /ESP vfat rw,relatime,fmask=0022,dmask=0022,codepage=437,iocharset=iso8859-1,shortname=mixed,utf8,errors=remount-ro 0 2I realize that the options are extensive, but I don't recall having changed them after my initial install. Anyway, I checked them and they make sense
I added such entry to /etc/fstab and replaced '/ESP' with '/efi' since this is where ESP should be mounted. During booting the system is not able to mount ESP automatically. I am first asked to type root password in order to repair, when I type it I am logged in as root and than I have to mount ESP manually (manually mounting ESP works).

OK, sorry for late response. Seems that using dracut solved the initial problem, so thank all of you guys for very fruitfull discussion.
