system keeps freezing randomly

Can someone help me figure out why my system freezes randomly can be after 2 minutes with nothing open, can stay the whole day with tons of browser tabs and programs open.
I had to hard reboot 13 times just to write this post

Error description
* system suddenly freezes and reacts to nothing, only hard reset (power off) works ([edit] I have sysrq enabled, it doesn't react to magic REISUB keys)
* the display is not updating anymore (no black screen or broken image just the last one)
* if music was playing during the freeze, you get to listen to approx. the latest 2s repeated for ever
* very low RAM and CPU outage

Laptop information:

OS: Arch Linux x86_64 
Host: 81BF Lenovo ideapad 520-15IKB 
Kernel: 5.10.38-1-lts 
CPU: Intel i7-8550U (8) @ 4.000GHz
GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 620 
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce MX150

What I think it could be:
my journalctl -b -1
My journalctl is always filled with this line:

everytime when it freezes it always end with this

I have 1T hdd and 128GB ssd on the laptop and I have fedora installed on the hdd and Arch on the ssd and fedora doesn't have this freezing problem so if it is a hardware issue it could be the ssd

I even tried that baytrail bug fix even though I have core i7 cpu but changed nothing.

Try the main kernel (not the LTS one) and if that doesn't help (or regardless) to pass
