[SOLVED] Missing wireles interface

I'm on a Lenovo Carbon X1 (6th generation).

Using the installation medium, I can see `wlan0` and use it.

However, when I boot into the machine, there's no wireless interface.

I'm sure the `iwlwifi` driver is loaded. There are also no related errors in the boot logs.

The only thing I can think of is that perhaps there's another module loaded that is conflicting, but I don't know what it might be.

Re: [SOLVED] Missing wireles interface

Did you install linux-firmware during your installation?

No, it didn't "fix" anything. It just shifted the brokeness one space to the right. - jasonwryan

Re: [SOLVED] Missing wireles interface

Hi, thanks for your help.

I did, yes.

Actually, I installed Arch on this machine a long time ago and hadn't used it much since. I have no idea how, but in my tinkering around earlier I must have changed something as it now works (after several years).
