Driver installation when using two different manufacture's GPU

Hello,

I am a new Arch Linux user that wishes to also run Win10 in a virtual machine to play games underneath Arch.
I just wanted to ask and get some answers from some of the experienced users about a quick question regarding graphic drivers.
You see, I am using a discrete AMD GPU for my Arch Linux installation and want to use my other discrete NVIDIA GPU for my Win10 virtual machine, however I am unsure which (or both) drivers to install unto my host machine. I am fairly sure I need mesa but will I also need the NVIDIA drivers on my host machine, or just on the virtualized Windows? Thanks to anyone that can help me out, I truly appreciate it!

Re: Driver installation when using two different manufacture's GPU

If you are going to pass the Nvidia GPU through to the guest VM it will not be usable by the host and does not need any drivers.
