Arch Linux Mirrors in Singapore blocked by Indian Government?

Today when I was trying to update my system I got the following errors

error: GPGME error: No data

A quick google search later I tried running

cat /var/lib/pacman/sync/core.db

to my horror html was spat out

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width,initial-scale=1.0,maximum-scale=1.0"/><style>body{margin:0px;padding:0px;}iframe{width:100%;height:100%}</style><iframe src="http://www.airtel.in/dot/" width="100%" height="100%" frameborder=0></iframe>

going to the webpage of one one of my mirrors I see the following out put
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/E2CLKPFVEAI … name=large
can anyone else confirm this is happening?

This used to happen with download.nus.edu.sg but that seems to have been fixed pretty quickly.

Mod Edit - Replaced oversized image with link.
CoC - Pasting pictures and code

I see the same thing for http://www.airtel.in/dot/ from the United States, but I can hit http://www.airtel.in/
Not sure what to suggest besides try another mirror.

Also, please do not post large pictures.  I am going to use my powers to change the image to a link....

Edit:  Beat by Slithery....  But it is still blocked for me.

The issue has been fixed, I think it was a mistake on the isp side. this mirror is http://mirror.guillaumea.fr. I think @ my isp on twitter made them notice their mistake, btw airtel is an isp in India they don't host any mirrors for any software

There is another subdomain running a searx instance. Maybe that was the target of the block.
