Grub rescue > Unknown filesystem, error after install windows 8.1

Hello, I have installed Arch Linux for about 6 months and it has never presented problems during startup, except until now, this since I have installed Windows 8.1 and uninstalled Windows 10, this since Windows 10 presented me with quite a few lag problems and I liked the aesthetics of the previous Windows 8.1, the installation worked correctly, the only problem appeared after trying to boot, where the Grub failed and the problem that I mention in the title appeared.
"Grub rescue> Unknown filesystem"
Searching the internet for a while, I could see a solution, which was to put the following commands:

Set boot = (hd0, gpt6)
Set prefix = (hd0, gpt6) / boot / grub
Insmod normal
Normal

And surprisingly they worked well (the command "Set boot", according to what I saw and tried, can also be replaced with "Set root", although the same thing ends up happening), the problem is that after booting, the problem kept appearing and I did not find permanent solution (I searched quite a few forums and tried some tutorials, which mentioned that I had to reinstall grub and do "Grub-mkconfig", I followed them and reinstalled grub, but, it didn't fix the problem permanently and it kept popping up), does anyone could you give me a solution that will permanently fix this problem so that I don't have to put the commands I said every time I start the system?

First, I believe you are the first individual I have ever encountered who changed to Windows 8 because of aesthetics.  Just shows it takes all types to make the world go round.

When you say, "Surprisingly they worked", were you able to boot into your Linux system from Grub?   And now you are looking for help re-configuring Grub so you do not need to do that by hand each time?
If so, have you tried the steps outlined here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/GRUB#Configuration ?

Yes, with the "surprisingly they worked", I mean that I was able to start linux from grub and yes, I am looking for help to be able to fix grub and not have to manually put those commands every time I want to start my operating system, I have tried to Do these steps, especially generate grub.cfg after doing this process, I have also tried watching tutorials that I have found on the internet, reinstalling grub, although they were not functional either since the problem did not stop appearing every time I booted (by itself anything I leave the command I used to reinstall grub: "grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/efi/ --bootloader-id=GRUB", after this I used "grub-mkconfig") .

I use UEFI with no additional boot loader, so I may not be your best resource.
What is the output of lsblk -o NAME,SIZE,MOUNTPOINT,UUID

This is what appears once I put in the command you said. I think that according to what appears in lsblk, the problem may be that grub is installed inside /dev/sda6, which would be my Arch Linux partition, and is not installed in the /dev/sda1 partition, which is the EFI partition.
