I installed flatpak app from flathub before and it does not require any authentication. But, when I'm installing org.gtk.gtk3theme.Arc it asks for authentication. It is just this package, rest other packages does not need authentication.
Searching Google, I found that you can use --user. But, is it expected behaviour ?

Hello there!
Which were the required permissions of the app you were installing? I assume (but I could be wrong, of course) that one of the components requires an access to something more than just a component of the userspace. ![]()

Thank you for your reply.
I was just try to match the flatpak app theme and system theme, system theme is arc theme, I'm using WM only. I search for theming of flatpak app and on their official website it says you can install theme for you flatpak by searching gtk3theme and the package I installed org.gtk.gtk3theme.Arc and that require authentication, it didn't apply the theme so I uninstalled it. I just want to know, is it normal for some flatpak package to ask for authentication ?

There was a similar question here before. Maybe, it would help you. Also you may want to see this section of the ArchWiki page, which explains how to install the flatpak app without any password questions. ![]()
Have a wonderful day!
