pipewire - how to track upstream conf changes ?

pipewire package recently moved conf files from etc to usr, PKGBUILD contains no backup=() anymore.

Special config can be done in /etc/pipewire and user config in $HOME/.config/pipewire/, but how can I keep track of maybe required changes from upstream?

Normaly with a backup=() statement users can use the .pacsave and .pacnew created by pacman to search and act on changes.
