Cannot load user login management and more after timeshift restore

I am using Arch linux-lts on an luks encrypted btrfs filesystem.
I made a restore with timeshift and now all I get is a black screen with a cursor.
Cannot login from any tty. All I see is a blinking underscore after ctrl+alt+f3.
After going back from cursor and underscore, I can ctrl+alt+delete at f3, and I see is a few times 'cannot load user login management system', 'cannot load kernel drm module', and again user login management system and at last hostname service.
I checked fstab, everything seems to be ok.
I mounted the partitions and could not install anything neither from root or in chroot:
'Error: Could not open file /var/cache/pacman/pkg/....Permission denied'
What can I do?
Thanks.

P.S.: When I left the computer open during the black screen and cursor stage for hours and ch-rooted again, I can see that timeshift is still making hourly backups.
