Arch linux is not starting

Hi, I am new to arch linux. I have installed it by decompress the arch linux sfs. It is not booting. I have installed the linux zen kernel and make a initramfs also. But it show something like this:

Note: This is not the booting the arch linux iso, It is the image from booting of arch linux installed system.
