x11vnc do not work correctly, video is broken

Hi everybody,
I am trying to user X11vnc to some desktops, I am instersted to use it because of the tray feature.

So I am on Cinnamon, i can connect client to the server, and control it, but the video on the client is broken, like a loop of 0,5 second...

Does anybody can help me to fix that ?
