Is your system clock correct?
Post the output of timedatectl

It seems not right

[guoyi@helix ~]$ timedatectl status
Local time: Tue 2021-05-18 19:28:40 CST
Universal time: Tue 2021-05-18 11:28:40 UTC
                 RTC time: Sun 2012-01-01 02:10:24
                Time zone: Asia/Shanghai (CST, +0800)
System clock synchronized: no
              NTP service: inactive
          RTC in local TZ: no
