Media Keys not working in qtile on a hp pavilion gaming 15-dk0xxx

Hello everyone, so i have been using qtile for about a week now and when i tried to change the volume i dint work. Naturally, i read the documentation and applied the changes to my qtile config, no errors. But it still inst working, any help appreciated.

In case its needed:
Kernel: 5.12.6

Here is my config file: I added code in line 41, 42, 43, 92, 93, and 94
