dell xps 13 9310 optimization

Hi there, I installed arch linux on my dell xps 13 9310 with i5 1135g7 after tried ubuntu with the linux-oem kernel from dell (?). I noticed linux-oem from ubuntu is more efficient then linux-lts on arch, indeed on ubuntu I got abou 13h of autonomy (like on windows) but here on arch I get 9h maximum. Obviously I installed the laptop-mode-tools and other stuff to optimize the power consumption but I can't go beyond.

I was thinking if there is a way to put the linux-oem kernel from ubuntu dell official in arch and compare the results or how we can set the kernel to reach the performance/optimization of the ubuntu one.

Furthermore any xps 9310 users can share its configuration and how good is in terms of performance and power consumption.
