(Resolved)Mouse not working

Hi guys.
I finally installed arch-xfce4 but the mouse is not working.
but my touchpad is working properly!
Pls  somebody tell how to fix this

If your mouse is attached through USB, post, for example,

lsusb
lsmod

Or your journal.
You have given us no info.

I learned how to fix this!
I was logging into arch by root account!
when I make another account my mouse was detected.
Again thanks for repling to this post!

Please always remember to mark resolved threads by editing your initial posts subject - so others will know that there's no task left, but maybe a solution to find.

Also please *never* run graphical sessions as root and avoid running GUI processes as much as you can.
