I am running a 3900X on an ASUS ROG B450-F Gaming II. My UEFI is on the latest version (4204) with AGESA 1.2.0.0 (ComboV2PI_1200).
I still get these message on boot.
AGESA 1.2.0.1 seems to fix the issue. My Motherboard received an update recently.

Got same error messages on Lenovo Thinkcentre M75q Gen 2 (Ryzen 4350GE Pro) with their latest bios version M3CKT2CA.
Unfortunately there is no info which AGESA is inside. Wrote their support, hope they come up with some good news.

Same error here on a Lenovo Thinkcentre M75q Gen 2 (Ryzen 4350GE Pro) . They released a new bios version M3CKT2EA a few days ago. However, no luck, I still get the same error. Did you get a response from Lenovo?

I was getting this error awhile ago and I updated the BIOS on my Gigabyte B550 Pro to F13. I thought everything was ok until I needed to use suspend and discovered that it no longer worked. The newest BIOS that allows suspend to work is F10, but the irq errors are back. Have any of you who are using BIOSes that fixed the irq error and are now having problems with suspend? I need suspend working on my desktop now since my electric company has majorly hiked rates. I would just shut it down but suspend is so much easier and faster. I like being able to bring the computer back up and have all my programs in the places they were when it suspended. It does concern me a little that there maybe unseen problems from the irq errors, however my system is completely stable so everything seem ok.

You're not alone, my Pro AC is behaving the same as yours.
At this point, I suspect AMD of botching up its AGESA during sleep or low-power states as evidenced by the idle crashes in the first versions and the persistent USB issues. Though stability is globally much improved with the latest firmware, network issues have surfaced…
