[SOLVED] Panel opacity settings in KDE Plasma 5.22

I run KDE Plasma 5.22 under Arch (updated from version 5.21). My panel remains opaque even when I chose "Adaptive" or "Translucent" opacity in panel options. That happens with both Breeze and Twilight themes and under both Xorg and Waylang in my two laptops. I logged out and logged back in, and I rebooted the laptop, but the problem persists. What am I missing? Thank you.

Settings- Workspace behaviour-Desktop Effects-Background contrast  ---> Turn it off and look again...

After that you can play with "blur" settings...
