Wifi Hotspot too slow

I have Hp Notebook (103C_5335KV HP Notebook)
I am running Arch with 5.10 LTS kernel but getting very low speed in Hotspot
I have a 50mbps connect but getting 500-600kbps when connected to the hotspot hosted in laptop . 
Wireless hardware -

02:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8723BE PCIe Wireless Network Adapter

i used this :"https://github.com/lakinduakash/linux-wifi-hotspot" and change source of internet interface source to ethernet and wifi but same slow results in both .
if needed any particular info let me know.
am i missing something plzz let me know.
