Device notifier not showing USB drives in plasma

Hello,

I notice a bug related to USB sticks (and maybe all USB devices) with the device notifier of plasma :

- When I plug the first time a USB stick then all is Ok, the device notifier pops up and I can mount the USB drive.
- Then if unmount the USB stick, and if I re-plug it then the device notifier doesn't pop up, and doesn't detect the insertion of the USB stick.
- However the USB stick is automatically mounted by plasma and I can access it in dolphin, though the device notifier isn't updated (we still read the information "no removable device")

Did you notice the same problem ?

I use plasma 5.22.2.1-1, and the oxygen theme.
