Upgrade grub 2.04->2.06-1 lead to a non bootable system

Hello all,
today I upgraded my system with grub 2.06-1 and kernel 5.12.14-arch1-1
When I rebooted grub dropped to:
grub rescue> file /boot/grub/i386-pc/normal.mod file not found
Downgrading grub to 2.04 solved the issue.

Some other info:
- Bios is:
Vendor: American Megatrends Inc.
    Version: 4.6.4
    Release Date: 02/10/2011
    Address: 0xF0000

- Partition is mbt
- root and boot dir are on xfs filesystems

Did you notice the same issue?
