I want to install OwnCloud on my Arch installation and it has php version 7 as a dependency. php7 is available as a signed package, but owncloud expects it to be called php.
How can I force pacman to install it under that name? Or what is the preferred way?

Ah I guess create symlinks like this https://archlinux.org/news/php-80-and-p … available/

Those symlinks will cause problems with applications that expect latest php (8.08 -1 atm) .
Better doublecheck if you have those installed .
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
