How do I get an ArchLinux SSO account?

I'd like to add a (possible) bug to the GitLab, but I can't see a way to register an account.

They are for staff only. You can add a bug to the bugtracker (linked top right).

I don't see such a button anywhere, I got to the package click new bug and instantly need to register/login for their SSO.
