No matter how many tries I attempt, yay always fails to import GPG keys for the Spotify aur package. (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/spotify/)
"gpg: download from the keyserver failed: No name
problem importing keys"
I've also tried manually running makepkg but it just also gives me an GPG error.

You did try the pinned post on the package you're linking?
You can fix the GPG key issue by using:
curl -sS https://download.spotify.com/debian/pubkey_0D811D58.gpg | gpg --import -
