Hauppauge winTV-quadHD PCIe DVB-T/T2/C not working on Arch

Hello, I am having trouble getting this card to work on Arch. https://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/ … VB-T/T2/C)

It uses the cx23885 module.

I have tried 2 different systems, a Threadripper 2920x Workstation running 5.12.13-arch1-2 and an Intel system (Dell R720xd, E5-2650 v2) running 5.10.47-1-lts.

On the AMD system, I am getting:

Audio risc op code error

On the Intel system, I am getting:

mpeg risc op code error

I have downloaded the single needed firmware file (dvb-demod-si2168-b40-01.fw) for the card and I have placed it in /usr/lib/firmware on all systems. I can see the firmware being loaded in dmesg.

I have no problem with the card on Ubuntu Server 20.04.2 LTS, 5.4.0-77-generic on an HP T620 Plus thin client.

Any ideas?

Have you had a look at DVB-T?
