Failed to install org.freedesktop.Platform

I am using arch linux with kde plasma.I installed flatpak and pamac-alll form aur now i am not being able to install anything from flatpak.I tried to install from pamac as well as flatpak command but cant install from both. Here is my error:

The flatpak package is in the repos, what did you install exactly? and what are you trying to install post exact commands and exact output in

I tried to install librewolf from flatpak
not only with librewolf it gives error with any other package also
here is full command and output:

flatpak install flathub io.gitlab.librewolf-community
