uname -a
pacman -Qs 'nvidia|linux'
linux is at 5.12.15 but you're running 5.12.13 so chances are, you're booting an old kernel because you forgot to mount the boot partition during the update.
As a consequence the nvidia module isn't loaded and you're probably running on the vesa driver (check your xorg log)

You've even the 5.13 kernel from testing installed but the problem remains the same:
Linux fractalic 5.12.13-arch1-2 #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri, 25 Jun 2021 22:56:51 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Old kernel. Because you forgot to mount the boot partition or you did mount it, but are indeed booting from the root partition.
Either way.
Edit:
lsblk -f
mount
cat /etc/fstab

Not rebooting after a kernel update is a possible cause too, yes.

Looks like the system update solved it, i do not know why.

I have rebooted it many times, for some reason it didn't get fixed until now.
I did remove some amd driver packages (was for the previous GPU).
I also moved the old xorg.conf

If you had rebooted before, why were installed and running kernel out of sync?
Please always remember to mark resolved threads by editing your initial posts subject - so others will know that there's no task left, but maybe a solution to find.
Thanks.

It was after i did a system update without rebooting.
I didn't expect a system update to fix it this time when it didn't help in the past.
