[SOLVED] notify (dunst) opacity

Hello. The notification in the system is translucent. Where to set up?

Notify System: Dunst (full opacity is set in the settings )
Compositor: Picom (if you turn it off, there is no transparency)

Don't post images of text, post text.
In this case your entire dunstrc and picom.conf

Text looks opaque - is it?
