I don't know but when I am in a videocall and connect my power cable, the cpu randomly and intermittently goes up to 100% cpu usage (so videocall starts lagging) and then come back to normal.
If I unplug the power cable the issue is gone. I guess that it's something related to heat.
What can I do to try to fix this?

Greetings!
Is Microsoft Teams your video conferencing service?
If so, where did you installed it from?
I have been forced to use this same service before, and I have never had this issue in my >6 years old quad core laptop.
You might want to check if your dependencies for your video conferencing client are up to date, and, of course, install them from your pacman or AUR (of course, the client itself might not be up to date, make a pacman -Syu to find it out).
By the way, try to repeat the experiment without using obs (this service eats a lot of resources and you should isolate it to find out if your your video conferencing service is the actual guilty).
Have a good day!
