I have a desktop running Arch at an apartment, but the only way for me to connect to the Internet is to bring the desktop itself to my home and connect it to my internet with an ethernet cable. That's obviously a lot of time (and gas money) being used to update the desktop. Is there a way to download the updated packages to a USB stick, connect it to the desktop, and update the packages manually with the downloaded packages?? Any idas or input on this would be highly appreciated.
